COVID 19 procedures:

  • Practitioner wears a mask throughout the entirety of treatment.
  • Hand washing & sanitization between each patient.

  • Cleaning all equipment in between patients
  • We ask that patients continue to self screen themselves prior to their appointment, and if they are experiencing any symptoms to kindly cancel their appointment. We are doing everything to keep ourselves, our patients and our community healthy and safe.

Our policies and procedures

  1. Reservation required.  Reservation times are the start of your appointment.
  2. Check in time 30 min before your starting time to fill up health consultation forms as a requisite to receive our services. 
  3. As a courtesy to our team, we require a 24 hrs notice to cancel or to reschedule any services or full charge will be applied.
  4. Minimum age to enter and to receive a treatment in our facilities its 18 years older. Id will be requested.
  5. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and full changes will be applied. 
  6. Gratuities are not included in our prices, but highly appreciated by our staff.
  7. Coupons or Gift cards are not refundable o redeemable for cash and may not used for gratuities.
  8. Our prices are listed in pesos, they do not include 16 % tax.
  9. In the case of no shows, full charges will be applied.
  10. Guest under the influence alcohol or drugs are not allowed in our installations.
  11. Non alcoholic drinks are allowed in our installations.
  12. Cell phone devices must be in mute.
  13. Leave your valuables at home or at your hotel room; we are not responsable for lost or stolen items.  
  14. We are a Professional Spa, our trained therapists and aestheticians are here solely to help improve your health, body and psyche. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately, and the treatment will be charged and paid in full and your hotel will be notified. 
Coupons or gift cards
1. If you wish to upgrade or to substitute your appointment, it's ok, as long is it is of equal or lesser value, difference can be paid in cash. 
2. 1 coupon per person, the value of the coupon  will be applied towards the value of the service, 1 time use. 
3. Non transferable.
4. No cash redeemable. 
5. Coupon cannot be applied towards tips. 
6. Coupon its requested physically, with out the coupon, service will be denied unless other arrangements are made.
